#Eng-IT-01 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect – responsible for leading the delivery of CRM (Customer Engagement), portal, and web applications as part of the UBOS transformation project. The role involves architecting solutions, building strategic roadmaps, managing and mentoring developers, overseeing integrations with ERP and other systems, and advising leadership on technology strategy. A key focus is leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and the Dynamics 365/Power Platform to modernize customer engagement and contact center solutions. Key Requirements and Expertise: • Proven expertise in Microsoft CE application development as a lead developer or architect. • Certified Microsoft Power Platform or Customer Engagement FastTrack Solution Architect. • Strong experience developing and deploying solutions using D365 CE and Power Platform, including AI and Machine Learning integrations. • Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations, including ERP (SAP) for pricing, billing, and finance, payment gateways, IVR/ChatBOT, and omnichannel contact center systems. • Leadership experience, including mentoring developers and leading cross-functional technology projects. Must-Have Skills: • Microsoft Certified FastTrack Solution Architect (Customer Engagement or Power Platform). • 10+ years of Microsoft CE application development and implementation experience. • Deep expertise in D365 CE, Power Platform, and AI/ML-enabled business applications. • Proven integration experience with ERP systems, payment gateways, IVR/ChatBOT, and omnichannel contact centers. • Strong leadership and project management skills in cross-functional environments.
