Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Solution Architect. RemoteOverview:Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Solution Architect. As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect, Resource will be part of Sutherland DES - DTS team that is focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM solutions. Resource will spend most of time consulting directly with our clients and developing line of business solutions. Resource will also have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments. Resource will architect, design, and implement high-quality CRM applications and platform solutions that include such activities as: Design and Architecture: • Develop scalable and efficient architectural designs for Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on Customer Service, Sales, and Case Management modules. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance. • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in Dynamics 365 implementation, optimizing solutions for long-term sustainability and growth. Collaboration and Expertise: • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and tailor solutions effectively to meet organizational needs. • Work closely with Microsoft and third-party providers to configure services and integrations that align with our unique requirements. • Provide expertise and guidance to developers and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Solution Specialization: • Specialize in one or more Dynamics 365 CRM Modules areas, such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing to provide in-depth expertise and support across projects. Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a solution architect, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. • Developing robust architecture design and functionality. • Developing data conversion strategies • Data and User migration. • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AI features. • Knowledge on Power Platform • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Case Management modules. • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and system compatibility. • Deep knowledge of best practices and industry standards in Dynamics 365 implementation. • Proficiency in Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and other relevant tools for development and deployment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, are a plus. • Preferred experience in solutioning for education institutes or similar organizations. • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM • Hands on development of plugins and custom workflow assemblies • 5+ years of implementation experience in medium to large scale (100+ users) environment • Deep understanding of best practices • Understanding of the Microsoft and software technologies - . NET development, SQL Server system integration technologies and techniques, SOA, design patterns (MVC, MVP. )
