Job Description Position: Senior Office 365 Administrator – Power Automate & Copilot Studio Location: Boston, MA (Local preferred; open to remote with occasional onsite; fully remote considered for right candidate) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract with potential to convert to full-time Interview Type: Video Visa Restrictions: Open Position Overview: Jacobs is seeking a Senior Office 365 Administrator with expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and secure our Microsoft 365 environment while enabling automation, supporting citizen developers, and driving adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions. This role requires a blend of technical depth, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to ensure seamless M365 operations and empower business productivity. Responsibilities: Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and security/compliance features. Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps. Support Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including deployment, governance, and adoption strategies. Manage Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity policies (Conditional Access, MFA, Defender, Exchange Online Protection). Develop scripts and automation tasks using PowerShell for administration and reporting. Partner with stakeholders, IT leadership, and citizen developers to optimize workflows and promote productivity tools. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across Microsoft 365 services. Provide training, knowledge-sharing, and adoption support for end-users and business teams. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments. Strong expertise with Power Automate , Power Apps , and Copilot Studio . Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity management . Hands-on experience with Defender, Exchange Online Protection, and conditional access policies . Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications: MS-102, PL-200, PL-400, SC-300. Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and adoption strategies. Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools (Jira, Freshservice, ServiceNow). Experience supporting and training citizen developer communities .
