Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant with expertise in data architecture to support a strategic project in the Global Procurement area. This role will focus on ensuring that the overall data architecture aligns with Regeneron’s standards, emphasizing security, data accessibility, and analytics best practices. The consultant will collaborate with platform experts provided by the Spend Analytics vendor but will primarily oversee the integration, governance, and strategic alignment of the data architecture. Responsibilities:Data Architecture Alignment:Design and oversee the implementation of data architecture solutions that comply with Regeneron’s standards.Ensure the architecture supports scalability, security, and accessibility for procurement analytics and reporting. Security and Data Governance:Establish and enforce data security protocols and governance policies to safeguard sensitive procurement data.Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data privacy and security.Collaboration with Spend Analytics Vendor:Work closely with Spend Analytics platform experts provided by the vendor to ensure seamless integration with Regeneron’s data ecosystem.Provide architectural guidance to ensure platform configuration aligns with the overall data strategy. Analytics Best Practices:Develop and promote analytics best practices, including data modeling, visualization, and reporting standards.Advise on optimizing data flows to enable efficient and insightful analytics. Stakeholder Engagement:Partner with technical teams, procurement stakeholders, and leadership to translate business needs into architectural solutions.Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.Project Support:Provide expertise in data governance, architecture design, and analytics processes to support project deliverables and timelines.Identify opportunities for improvement in data integration and analytics workflows .Qual:Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Exp:Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or related roles.Proven experience in designing secure and scalable data systems in enterprise environments. Tech Skills:Expertise in data architecture and database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).Strong knowledge of data security and governance best practices.Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data integration technologies.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security frameworks.
