A leading organization is currently seeking a dedicated Head of Data Visualization to guide their data transformation initiatives. The role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to drive strategic decision-making. About the Opportunity: • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday • Hours: Flexible • Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid with locations in Charlotte, Dallas, Richmond, Raleigh Responsibilities: • Developing and executing the organization's data visualization strategy • Designing and maintaining robust Power BI dashboards and reports • Integrating Power BI with Databricks for scalable analytics solutions • Overseeing data architecture management and governance • Leading a team of BI Developers and Analysts • Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: • 10+ years in BI and analytics roles • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field • Proven expertise in Power BI and Databricks • Expert-level skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling • Experience with Azure data platforms and governance • Strong leadership and communication skills Desired Skills: • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field • Certifications in Power BI or Databricks • Azure data lake experience About the Company: Tandym At Tandym Group (formerly The Execu|Search Group), we’re committed to connecting talented people like you with leading companies.
