Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights. - Utilize Databricks for data ingestion, transformation, and notebook-based analytics workflows. - Connect Power BI to large-scale data environments (e.g., Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks). - Build efficient SQL queries and implement optimized data models. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions. - Support ETL development and data validation efforts as needed. - Stay updated with emerging BI and cloud technologies to continuously improve reporting capabilities. Must Have: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. - 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI. - Hands-on experience with Databricks (data ingestion, transformation, notebooks, and queries). - Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes. - Experience integrating Power BI with enterprise-scale cloud data environments (Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks). Nice to Have - Experience with Azure Data Factory or other ETL orchestration tools. - Familiarity with Python or PySpark within Databricks. - Understanding of data governance and security best practices in cloud environments. - Experience in performance optimization for BI dashboards and queries.
