Our client, a growing financial services company in Montgomery County is looking for an Analyst to join one of their deal teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking institution committed to sustainability and decarbonization. You will play a key part in analyzing, structuring, and managing loan opportunities within of their largest sectors. Responsibilities: • Evaluate potential loan origination and participation opportunities providers and owners. • Develop detailed financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses to assess repayment capabilities under varying economic conditions. • Perform comprehensive financial due diligence on target companies to ensure creditworthiness. • Prepare detailed loan investment approval documents for presentation to the credit committee. • Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate and finalize investment closings. • Assist the portfolio management team in monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of borrowers. • Create performance update memorandums to provide insights into portfolio health. • Support the structuring and documentation of loan agreements to ensure compliance and clarity. • Manage borrower relationships post-closing, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting, Finance, Mgmt or Econ and 2+ years of either Big 4 audit, transaction advisory or a financial rotational program, strong financial statement analysis skills as well as organized/detail oriented and intermediate Excel skills.
