As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and driving the success of our high-performing, fast-paced environment. Youll be responsible for maintaining and supporting core IT systemsincluding operating systems, servers, security tools, email, applications, and end-user devices (laptops, desktops, software, and hardware). Youll work closely with a collaborative team of internal technology professionals and outsourced partners to implement new tools and technologies, provide end-user training, and support, and contribute to the overall IT strategy. Core Bank users of technology, whether employees or clients of the company, are all customers of the IT department, which means the IT Systems Administrators highest priority is prompt service to our customers and working as a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while protecting critical systems and assets. In our high performing, fast changing environment, the IT Systems Administrator maintains essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. You will work alongside other technology team members and outsourced partners to implement new software and hardware, provide training and support the overall IT strategy. As a member of the IT infrastructure team, you will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams on projects including application development to build and efficiently deliver best-in-class solutions for our customers. A Senior IT Systems Administrator's Responsibilities Include Install, configure, maintain, change, upgrade and troubleshoot company hardware, software, and systems. Support and promote the use of governance processes, including incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management. Perform analysis of system needs; contribute, coordinate and facilitate the design, architecture, integration, and installation of products and services. Ensure servers, workstations, peripherals, communications devices, and operating system/application software are properly configured for network operation, are on-line and are available to employees and clients. Maintain asset inventory (servers, workstations, peripherals, communications devices, and operating system/application software). Submit change orders for all changes made to network systems and actively work assigned tasks to complete change orders in a timely manner. Assist with defining standard PC configurations and assume responsibility for image definition and creation. All images are kept up to date with the newest patches and software. Assume overall responsibility for staging PC's and preparing them for deployment. Asset tracking database is updated on a daily basis to reflect additions, deletions, or changes in PC inventory. Assist with and coordinate end-of-life and sanitation and secure disposal of assets according to company standards. Adhere to information security policies and promote information security within IT and the company. Participate and contribute in identifying standards, tools, and methods that IT should follow for proper internal control and governance processes. Participate in new application onboarding by participating in the process of screening vendors, implementing prerequisites, and assisting with performance testing. Assist with support and maintenance of phone system including administration and configuration. May include review of invoices for work completed and entering into accounts payable system. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations. Participate in on-call rotation, providing off hours support as required. Works independently without daily supervision of tasks. Able to adjust personal style to changing environment. Document any new processes or findings in the Team's knowledgebase. Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of support, especially while handling sensitive and highly personal information and data for employees and the organization.
