Systems Administrator-Lyra Technology Group Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Systems Administrator for one of their operating companies, Network Doctor. About Network Doctor… Network Doctor is an IT managed services firm where company culture and teamwork are essential. Our firm provides IT support to hundreds of SMB companies, across a diverse range of industries including finance, healthcare, real estate, non-profit, and others. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and technical support both onsite and remotely. Troubleshoot and manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and core networking components. Support cloud services like Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD (Entra ID), and email security tools like Mimecast or Proofpoint. Configure and maintain systems and devices: firewalls, switches, access points, virtual machines (VMware), storage devices, and backup solutions. Work with financial and business applications like QuickBooks, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics GP. Assist in managing and updating internal SharePoint sites and permissions. Contribute to projects — system upgrades, migrations, rollouts. Create and maintain documentation for technical processes, configurations, and best practices. Stay proactive by identifying recurring issues, proposing improvements, and helping shape support processes. 4+ years of IT experience, ideally in a client-facing or MSP environment. Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Networking basics: routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for local client visits Experience supporting financial or professional services industries Familiarity with VMware, Citrix, or NAS/SAN storage Experience with ConnectWise or other PSA/RMM platforms Prior work in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment If you have a solid IT foundation, enjoy solving problems, and want to deepen your knowledge in infrastructure, systems, and project delivery, let’s have a conversation. #
