Requirements
• Proven experience with Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Outlook integration
• Competency in supporting iOS devices (iPhones, iPads) and MacOS workstations
• Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
• Experience with mobile device support and management tools (iOS, Android)
• Optional but advantageous: experience with security appliances and endpoint protection
