Please add more if you have them.) • Performs advanced Windows OS troubleshooting, patching, configuration, and performance tuning. • Administers endpoint protection tools (e.g., CrowdStrike), maintaining system security and compliance. • Manages VMware vSphere virtual infrastructure, including vCenter, vRealize Operations, and vRealize Automation. • Participates in the on-call rotation, providing production support for Windows and VMware environments, including weekend coverage. • Supports server consolidation and virtualization initiatives for hardware reduction and site migrations (V2V and P2V). • Conducts daily system log monitoring and investigation to proactively identify and remediate errors, warnings, or unusual activities. • Participates in SAFe Iteration and PI Planning activities to align with enterprise Agile practices. • Manages Windows workloads and services in public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and OCI. • Administers and supports Azure Site Recovery (ASR) and provides Azure Advisory services for resilience and optimization. • Oversees the management and support of Windows clusters hosting critical enterprise applications. Please add more if you have them.) • 5 or more years of hands-on experience in Wintel Administration. • Experience in Intimacy with UNIX, Windows, and Linux hardware and software configurations • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and under pressure. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent analytical skills. • Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse types of audience (management, users, vendor, and technical staff) • Excellent ability to work in a team environment and across organizational boundaries. • Excellent task planning and monitoring skills, including the development of standard operating procedures.
