Power Platform Solution Architect - Hybrid (Atlanta, GA.) Position Summary: The Platform Solution Architect evaluates, analyzes, and modifies complex application programs, translating client requirements into scalable application features. This role involves working across the entire software development lifecycle to ensure stakeholder needs are met with best practices and platform growth in mind. Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Power Platform Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Microsoft Cloud Solutions Third-party Technologies Location: Atlanta, GA (Cobb Galleria Buildings - 200 & 300) This hybrid role requires residing within a 30-mile radius of our office to attend on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 8-5 ET. Please do not apply if you are outside this radius and cannot relocate by your start date. Key Responsibilities: Gather and propose solutions based on technical and business requirements. Develop technical designs and implementation plans. Engage with stakeholders during product demos and evaluations. Enhance development and testing efficiency; develop tools for high-quality Power Platform/Dynamics 365 implementations. Document risks and actively work to mitigate them. Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and technical teams. Participate in the full SDLC process. Support development tasks and provide technical guidance. Upskill and mentor technical staff in Power Platform/Dynamics 365. Qualifications: Strong consulting skills, able to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences. Proven experience as a Senior Application Developer or similar role. Deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related solutions. Experience with custom connectors, Azure DevOps, and Azure platform. Experience extending Dynamics 365 apps is a plus. Attention to detail and effective time management skills. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to create scalable, user-friendly applications. Optional certifications: PL 900, PL 100, PL 200, PL 400, PL 600.
