Position: Solution/System Architect - Azure IL-5 | DevSecOps | Power Platform CoE About the Role: You will lead secure cloud architecture initiatives and automation pipelines in support of high-impact government programs. As a technical leader, you'll design and scale enterprise-grade solutions across Azure IL-5 environments, implement DevSecOps capabilities, and establish a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) that enables innovation, security, and governance. How You Will Make an Impact: Your contributions will directly support mission-critical systems for federal clients, helping them achieve modernization, automation, and compliance goals within regulated environments. Relevant Skills and Experience: • Minimum 7 years of experience in solution or system architecture • Hands-on experience designing secure solutions in Azure IL-5 or GovCloud • Proven expertise in DevSecOps tooling: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc. • Experience establishing and leading a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) • In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks: NIST 800-171/53, FedRAMP, CMMC, and Zero Trust • Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management, and ALM • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders Duties & Responsibilities: • Architect secure, scalable, and compliant cloud-native and hybrid solutions within Azure IL-5 environments • Build and manage DevSecOps pipelines to support agile development and automation • Lead governance, lifecycle management, and adoption efforts for Power Platform solutions • Support implementation of ALM frameworks and secure connector strategies • Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to meet DOD standards • Conduct technical reviews, define architectural standards, and mentor development teams • Support business development efforts through technical solutioning and proposal writing Security Clearance: Must be eligible to receive a DoD security clearance. Travel: Occasional travel may be required (<25%) Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
