The Opportunity The Network Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of the company’s infrastructure, operations, and network security. The Admin will acquire, maintain and troubleshoot network and end user equipment, both hardware and software, as well as provide after hours and remote support when necessary. The Admin must be skilled in maintaining vendor relationships and creative problem solving. General Responsibilities • Provides support for all aspects of IT, including system architecture, security, network support and information management • Provides technical assistance and customer support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware • Maintains and enforces CPM’s written policies and procedures regarding IT operations • Maintain a secure system architecture Qualifications • Minimum 4 years in a Microsoft Active Directory environment. • Minimum 4 years working in a Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 environment, with experience in both preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server preferred. • Experience with Linux OS and distributions is preferred. • Experience with Cisco, Cisco Meraki and Uni Fi security appliances and switches preferred. • In depth knowledge and understanding of networking technologies, design principles, and the practical application of routers, switches, virtualization, storage, storage networking virtualization/zoning, load balancers and network security. • Ability to manage MacOS and Windows workstations. • Experience with identity and authentication systems, such as Entra , ADFS, or SAML. • Experience with MDM / RMM solutions • Knowledge of network security solutions such as…
