Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable platform solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.Architect, develop, and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Dataverse , Power Automate, and Power BI.Lead the architecture and implementation of complex platform projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform solutions with existing systems and applications.Develop and optimize prompt engineering methodologies to enhance the performance and capabilities of AI-driven applications.Collaborate with AI and machine learning teams to design, test, and implement effective prompts for various use cases.Continuously monitor and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve user experience and system efficiency.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform, Copliot Studio prompt engineering, and related technologies.Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, and platform management.Continuously experiment with new techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI-driven solutions.Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and reliability of platform solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to platform performance and stability.Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations as required.Lead technical discussions and guide the engineering team in adopting best practices for platform development and prompt engineering.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in platform engineering, software development, or a related role.Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Admin Centre Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI & Custom Connector).Strong expertise in building Observability & reporting solutionsProven experience in prompt engineering and developing AI-driven solutions.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively
