As a Product Developer, you are inquisitive, technically curious, and motivated by solving complex problems. You are responsible for creating hybrid machine learning and rule-based Power Platform applications, automations, and data visualizations, transforming how people, processes, and systems co-exist from project discovery through implementation. Our goal is to simplify business processes by building applications that guide workflow, digitize information, and automate manual tasks to improve accuracy, speed, and reliability. Duties And Responsibilities Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, developing reusable components and scripts. Partner with Business Analysts to identify opportunities by analyzing business problems, processes, and data. Document technical designs, release notes, and project documentation for development, security, operations, and maintenance. Collaborate during product development and QA to ensure solutions meet design and business needs. Deploy projects and troubleshoot issues in day-to-day support, providing timely responses. Help develop standards and best practices for Power Platform solutions, including governance and operating models. Collect, interpret, and report data findings to stakeholders. Stay updated on tech trends, participate in community groups, and mentor others. Perform other duties as assigned. Education And Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields. At least four years of related experience for experienced candidates. Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, PowerBI) or similar low-code/no-code platforms preferred. Programming experience (R, Python, Java, .Net, C#, Visual Basic) especially in automation or integration projects. Experience with Power BI or similar is a plus. Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities Required Inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated to improve processes. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to analyze structured and unstructured data, log files, error messages. Basic to moderate programming skills; understanding of APIs, command line, client-server architecture, networks, and (S)FTP; knowledge of machine learning/AI is a plus. Constructive team participation and understanding of business workflows. Familiarity with methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Agile is preferred. Effective communication with technical and non-technical colleagues. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure. Working Conditions Conditions vary between office and field environments, with travel required. Additional hours may be necessary. Must maintain good attendance and work record.
