Dynamics 365 Enterprise Solution Architect • Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 6 months though rarely exercises this right) • Location: Must be local to either Chicago IL, Atlanta GA, or New York NY Responsibilities: • Define and maintain the target architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, aligned with business goals and the transformation roadmap. • Ensure architectural alignment with Calandra Phase 1 End-State and Medallion Data Architecture. • Govern architectural decisions across POD-based delivery teams and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.\ • Lead the re-platforming of legacy AX 2009 ERP and CRM systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Architect data flows between Dynamics 365 and Databricks to support systems like Pet Registry and Microchip Registry. • Enable AI-powered capabilities such as Copilot-generated customer interaction summaries and forecasting. • Architect seamless integrations with third-party and internal platforms, including: • Shopify, Espresa, Paymentech, SendGrid • Databricks Lakehouse (bronze-silver-gold layers) • Microsoft Dataverse and Customer Insights Required Skills: • 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with 5+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE & F&O. • Deep expertise in: • D365 Sales, Service, Finance, and SCM modules • Azure Integration Services, Databricks, and the Microsoft Power Platform • Dual-write, Dataverse, Customer Insights, and Copilot • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP/CRM transformations and data platform modernization. • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security, and compliance frameworks.
