Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Job Location:Middletown, PA Description of Duties: • Study and understand the current and desired Microsoft CE applications, configurations, and technologies. • Coordinate changes and designs to the CBOS, UBOS, and other technologies to ensure alignment with needs, standards, and policies. • Architect and build a delivery roadmap. • Assign work, manage, and mentor a team of CRM and full stack developers. • Ensure successful delivery for the CRM, portal, and web app as part of the UBOS project. • Advise leadership on current trends in Microsoft CE applications and functionalities. • Act as a subject matter expert and represent in stakeholder meetings and reports. • Raise concerns and potential issues to leadership with sufficient detail for decision-making. • Architect and develop Microsoft CE customizations and configurations to meet functionality needs. • Support integrations with middleware, ERP systems, payment gateways, phone systems, and other UBOS ecosystem components. • Serve as an expert for Data Migration to Microsoft CRM. • Fully document all created work, including technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, and best practices, following formats and templates. • Develop and maintain productive relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. • Lead and participate in project team activities for enterprise system efforts. • Work independently to complete assigned tasks. • Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures. • Utilize software and technology tools to perform job duties. • Perform related tasks and other duties as assigned. Minimum Experience: • 10 years of Microsoft CE application software systems implementation. • 10 years of CRM application development using .NET, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, and Reporting Services. • 5 years as a Microsoft certified FastTrack Solution Architect for business applications. • 2 years leveraging Azure AI services and Machine Learning for D365 CE applications. • Experience delivering 2 FastTrack-certified Business Applications projects. • Experience delivering 1 AI-enhanced customer service implementation (e.g., AI-driven chatbots, virtual assistants, Copilot, Azure AI for Dynamics CRM). • Hands-on experience with Dynamics Contact Center solution deployment and optimization. • Experience conducting training sessions on AI tools and Dynamics Contact Center features. • Proven experience in Data Migration to Microsoft CRM. • Proven experience developing integrations with ERP systems and data repositories. • Experience implementing high-volume contact center applications with CRM, Portal, Mobile Apps, Natural Language IVR, and ChatBOT. • Strong understanding of Human Centered Design for product development. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficiency with Microsoft ADO Testing Module. • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be accepted. Required Skillset: • Certified Microsoft Power Platform or Customer Engagement Fast Track Solution Architect. • 10+ years as a lead developer and/or architect in Microsoft CE application development. • Strong technical experience with D365 CE and Power Platform, leveraging AI and Machine Learning for business applications. • Integration experience with SAP ERP, payment gateways, social media, Natural Language IVR, ChatBOT, and omnichannel contact center systems. Desired Skills: • Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, including SAP projects. • Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies. Certifications / Education: • Bachelors degree in business management or information systems (or equivalent experience). • Microsoft MVP in Business Applications, Customer Experience, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio (preferred). • 5+ years as a Microsoft certified solution architect for business applications. • Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent AI/ML certification. • Microsoft Dynamics-related certifications. • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be accepted.
