The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering new and updated page templates and components, managing content to ensure dynamic information flow across diverse audiences, and maintaining content that is easily discoverable and secure. The role also includes leveraging web analytics to monitor site performance and drive continuous improvement. This position is a key contributor to enhancing user experience and optimizing digital communication across the organization. Overview One Federal Solution is seeking a skilled SharePoint/Web Developer to support the development and maintenance of modern, content-driven websites across both public-facing platforms (WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager) and internal intranet environments (SharePoint Online). Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the SharePoint/Web environment, including design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring. Able to work with very little supervision in a highly charged and fast-paced environment. Ability to collect business requirements and translate them into technical specifications; design, test, and implement custom SharePoint/Web solutions. Understand and can apply standards for conduct, internal controls, the Privacy Act, and the protection and safeguarding of all Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Manage and develop SharePoint/Web pages and access additional projects as requested. Perform other appropriate tasks, assignments, and duties as required. Technical Skills and Tools Proficient in one or more Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress. (Preferably Adobe Experience Manager, and/or Adobe Touch UI). Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor website performance. Expertise and experience with complex technical activities Technical creativity and excellent written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills in a team-based development environment Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications and Responsibilities Develop content strategies that align with business goals. Write, edit, and create engaging content for various platforms. Three or more years' experience working with SharePoint/Web development. Bachelor's degree required in computer science, information systems, information technology or other related fields. Understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) to create effective content. Proficiency in SharePoint/Web development, including developing web parts and custom workflows. Create dynamic spreadsheets and Access Databases that consist of a list of cases, statistics, data, and graphs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Assist in the collection of quantitative and statistical data from the Consular Workload Statistics System (CWSS).
