We are seeking an IT System Administrator who can bring their experience to the company and grow! The role aims to administer and troubleshoot servers and provide local workstation support to help meet company goals, among other various IT support tasks. This role requires an ability to work strongly in a group setting to assist your team members and complete work independently with limited supervision. As you take on various tasks to troubleshoot problems and complete independent projects, there will be constant opportunities arising for expanding your knowledge and responsibilities. Qualifications · Degree in computer or information science · Minimum of three years of related experience and training in an IT field · Equivalent combination of education and experience · Azure experience is a plus · Proficiency with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory Support, Firewall and Network Security · Experience with Cold Fusion, Remote Desktop Services (RDS/VMs), Firewall and Network Security · PHP experience is a plus · Understanding of security standards, policies and procedures · Comprehensive knowledge of MS SQL and MySQL Server and/or relational databases · Asset management and tracking experience · PCI and SOC audit experience · Understanding of enterprise change management controls · Partner or vendor management experience Duties and Responsibilities · Administer and troubleshoot servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches · Create, edit, and troubleshoot virtual machines · Support LANs/WANs · Telephony support · Provide local workstation support · Ability to work with team members and other employees to achieve desired outcomes and meet company goals · Ability to complete assigned tasks with limited supervision · Occasionally provide support after hours as per the after-hours rotation schedule · Ability to troubleshoot problems as reported · Create and maintain clear and concise documentation · Effectively communicate with support, QA, development, and upper management · Other duties as assigned This is a full-time exempt position - compensation DOE Benefits and Other Perks Competitive salary, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Medical, Paid Day for Birthday, Option to Move to 4x10 Schedule at first Anniversary.
