Our team delivers proactive IT, cloud, and security solutions that help organizations operate efficiently and securely. We’re looking for a mid-level IT Engineer with MSP experience who thrives on solving complex IT problems, managing multi-client environments, and implementing high-impact projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with strategic problem-solving, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT systems. You’ll gain exposure to modern cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and security tools, while being a key resource for both client support and project delivery. What You’ll Do • Troubleshoot escalated technical issues across servers, workstations, and network infrastructure • Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows Server environments • Work on small-to-medium projects, including cloud migrations and system upgrades • Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Active Directory and Azure Entra ID • Support network devices, VPNs, and VoIP systems • Document processes and mentor junior team members What You Bring • 3–5 years of IT support or system administration, MSP experience required • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Intune • Understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, and DHCP • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Passion for learning and professional growth Why You’ll Love It • Competitive salary $90K–$100K • Health, PTO, and Simple IRA with 3% match • Certification reimbursement and career growth opportunities • Company vehicle for client visits • Bonus and overtime opportunities
