We are working with a client that is seeking a Manager of FP&A. This role is a finance business partner role providing financial reporting, financial planning, and decision support and insight to market leaders as well as the greater Finance organization to ensure long-term, profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data analytics to drive financial decision-making and improve business performance. This is a contract to hire position. It will have a duration of 6 months. It is also a hybrid position with only 3 days a week in the office (Tues-Thurs). No relocation and no sponsorship available. This is a W-2 position. No B2C/C2C. Responsibilities: Financial Reporting • Lead complex analysis to identify trends & patterns to identify potential areas for improvement; perform risk assessments. • Support development of monthly business review highlights to be shared with relevant key stakeholders. • Enhance the development of robust financial review capabilities within the Finance team. Financial Analysis • Evaluate, analyze, and deliver feedback on local monthly forecasts and annual targets; ensure that the appropriate level of detail and assumptions are provided and align with the market's strategy. • Provide decision support by turning financial data into business insights when evaluating current performance, future forecast, and new business opportunities. • Utilize data analytics to identify financial trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance. • Provide financial analysis support to the Senior Manager and VP, GM Finance, President and COO, GM, and CFO, as required. Skills/Experience: • Masters degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience or 5 years with CPA or relevant degree/certification • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard and visualization tools preferred • Proficiency with SAP S4/HANA toolsets a plus • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and presentation skills
