As a key player in our Data Architecture team, you will be instrumental in designing and building robust data infrastructures and systems, ensuring efficient data processing and analysis. The Director of Data Architecture will: • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive data architecture strategies. • Drive innovation and thought leadership in delivering cutting-edge data solutions. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols. • Promote a culture that thrives on the synergy between technology and people. • Translate complex data requirements into actionable technical plans. • Oversee the implementation of advanced data technologies. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall data architecture. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree. • At least 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills: • Certification in Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or others. • Proficient in Python and handling both structured and unstructured data. • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases. • Experience with FastAPI for application development. • Knowledge of AI techniques enhancing LLMs and experience in prompt engineering. • Proven track record in developing scalable data storage solutions using cloud services. • Expertise in designing and managing data warehouses and data lakes. • Experience with IAM roles and policies for cloud platforms. Salary Range: $155,000 - $410,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus may be available. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws.
