Must Have Technical Skills • Microsoft 365 Copilot • Copilot Studio • Low-code automation tools • Unified communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex) • Microsoft 365 productivity tools • Videoconferencing and telepresence technologies • Live event and webinar platforms • Generative AI platforms Roles & Responsibilities • Provide technical/implementation support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents and help establish governance controls • Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams • Provide end-user support and information about important updates in Viva Engage communities • Create technical documentation and end-user guides • Implement, secure, and manage Microsoft 365 productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboard, etc.), ensuring seamless user experience and integration • Develop automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms like Power Automate Salary Range: $64,000-$145,000 a year
