Task 1: SQL / Oracle Database & Server Support This task includes general SQL Database, SQL Server, SQL Cluster, Oracle Database, Maria DB, MySQL, and MS Access support, development and maintenance activities as needed. Four DBAs will be needed (2 Senior SQL DBAs and 2 Senior Oracle DBAs). Vendor should have a minimum 5 years of corporate experience managing SQL/Oracle DBAs. SMEs should have 8+ years of experience across a wide range of database technologies (SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.). Anticipated needs and work activities include, but are not limited to the following: Task1, Subtask1: Troubleshooting daily SQL Server and SQL Cluster issues. This includes system setups and configuration, error triage, etc. Task1, Subtask2: Respond to Requests for Changes (RFC) assigned for maintenance as well as FootPrints requests related to GBIS. Task1, Subtask3: Assisting users in creating and building SQL and Oracle databases. Troubleshooting issues related to SQL, Oracle, or MS Access as well as application related issues i.e. SharePoint and others as they relate to database development, support, and management.
