We are seeking an Oracle EPM Infrastructure Administrator to manage, design, and enhance the infrastructure supporting our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite. This role involves both hands-on administration and strategic architecture duties to ensure the high availability, scalability, and performance of EPM systems. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing the Oracle EPM Cloud component for seamless integration with on-premises infrastructure, administering Control-M software, and maintaining the environment, including database management. The administrator will design, create, and manage job workflows and schedules, monitor job execution, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, develop automation scripts, enforce security policies, and document configurations and reports. Position requires to be onsite full time in San Diego Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM infrastructure administration and architecture. Deep knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and on-premise components (Planning, Essbase, HFM, etc.). Proficiency in WebLogic, Oracle Database, Windows, Linux/Unix systems, and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.). Hands-on experience with Control-M administration, job scheduling, and workflow optimization. Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and hybrid environment integration. Strong troubleshooting skills for infrastructure and application issues. Experience with automation and performance tuning. Understanding of security, compliance, and access control best practices. Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure architecture for Oracle EPM applications. Lead installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of EPM environments. Ensure availability and disaster recovery strategies. Monitor performance and address issues to maintain uptime. Manage EPM platform security and support automation tasks. Lead migration projects to cloud platforms like OCI. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, collaborate with support, and document configurations. Analyze system capacity and performance trends. Install, upgrade, and configure Control-M components across platforms. Design, schedule, and monitor automated job workflows. Diagnose and resolve job failures and optimize workflow efficiency. Administer user access, enforce security policies, and ensure compliance. Communicate with project teams, troubleshoot network/system issues, and monitor system performance. Participate in project reviews, lead technical discussions, and mentor team members. Manage project priorities, resources, and team deliverables. Level of Responsibility: Operate independently with minimal supervision. Make impactful decisions affecting projects and organizational goals. Communicate complex information clearly and negotiate as needed. Provide strategic input and influence key decisions. Apply reasoning and analytical skills to solve problems with incomplete data.
