Microsoft 365 Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) Location: Juno Beach, FL - Onsite - Hybrid (3 days On-site) Rate: Under $65/Hr Visa- USC/H4-EAD Duration: 6 months+ Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary onsite resource for all Microsoft 365 Copilot-related queries and issues. • Provide hands-on support and training to executives and end users, ensuring they can effectively use Copilot and its features. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand user requirements and tailor Copilot functionalities to meet those needs. • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Copilot. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with other tools. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, best practices, and troubleshooting tips. • Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Microsoft 365 Copilot and proactively share this knowledge with the team. • Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and work with the development team to implement necessary changes. • Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of the Copilot pilot program. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels. • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience with AI-driven tools and automation within Microsoft 365 is a plus. • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: • Experience in a similar role supporting executive-level users. • Familiarity with Power Platform and its integration with Microsoft 365. • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices within Microsoft 365 environments. • Certification in Microsoft 365 or related technologies is highly desirable.
