Microsoft 365 Administrator Key Responsibilities: • Managing and maintaining multiple client's Microsoft 365 environment. • Play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of multiple client's Microsoft 365 environment, directly impacting productivity and collaboration. Service Configuration & Management: • Configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining core Microsoft 365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Defender, Purview, and Intune ensuring optimal performance and security. • Setting up email accounts, shared mailboxes, and retention policies. • Creating and managing SharePoint sites for document storage and collaboration. • Managing user access, security roles, and permissions within these services. User Management: • Adding, deleting, and managing user accounts. • Assigning licenses, permissions, access, and managing user profiles. • Implementing and maintaining password policies. Security and Compliance: • Managing Microsoft 365 security administration in collaboration with the information security team. • Implementing and maintaining security measures to safeguard data and applications. • Ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory compliance requirements. • Monitoring service health and responding to alerts. • Configuring Data Loss Prevention and other Purview measures to meet compliance needs Support and Training: • Providing technical support and training to end-users for Microsoft 365 applications. • Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365 services. • Developing and delivering training to end-users on Microsoft 365 features and best practices. Other Responsibilities: • Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement. • Evaluating needs and delivering solutions using various Microsoft 365 tools. • Participating in projects to migrate from legacy systems to Microsoft 365. • Staying up-to-date with new Microsoft 365 features and updates. Azure Administrator Key Responsibilities: • Managing and maintaining multiple client’s Microsoft Azure cloud environment. Azure Resource Management: • Deploying, configuring, and managing Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and databases. Monitoring and Maintenance: • Monitoring the performance and health of Azure resources, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the overall stability of the cloud environment. Security Implementation: • Implementing and maintaining security measures within Azure, including access control, network security groups, and other security features. Cost Optimization: • Monitoring and managing Azure costs, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing strategies to reduce cloud spending. Troubleshooting and Support: • Identifying and resolving issues within the Azure environment, working with other IT teams to troubleshoot problems, and providing support to end-users. Disaster Recovery and Backup: • Developing and implementing disaster recovery and backup plans for Azure resources, ensuring business continuity in case of failures. Staying Updated: • Keeping up-to-date with new Azure services, features, and best practices, and applying this knowledge to improve organization's cloud environment. Collaboration: • Working with other team members, such as LAN engineers, WAN engineers, and security analysts, to ensure seamless integration of Azure services with the overall IT infrastructure. Required Skills and Experience: • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Defender, Intune, Purview, etc.). • Experience with Entra ID, PowerShell scripting, and other relevant tools. • Proficiency in user management, security administration, and troubleshooting. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team. • Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise licensing and subscription management.
