Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Work From Home DevOps Engineer to join our team at MetrixIT Solutions. As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining the infrastructure and tools needed for our software development projects. This is a full-time position and only open to applicants residing in the USA. Job Responsibilities: • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve processes and productivity through automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. • Design implement and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud. • Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability of applications. • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Automate deployment scaling and management of microservices and containerized applications. • Manage configuration orchestration and version control systems. Essential Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Shell or Ruby. • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Desired Experience: • 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELK Stack. • Certifications in cloud platforms like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert. • Experience working in Agile development environments. Salary & Benefits: The salary for the position ranges from $98000 to $170000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
