Position Summary: The Business Systems Administrator (BSA) is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise-wide business applications to ensure the efficient collection, retrieval, accessibility, and utilization of data for departmental planning and operations. The BSA plays a pivotal role in maintaining data integrity, delivering actionable reports, and driving system enhancements to support business teams. By leveraging technical expertise and collaboration, the BSA ensures smooth data operations and contributes to organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and maintain data within enterprise applications, including opportunities, dashboards, reporting, and mass imports/exports using APIs and import tools • Collaborate with the cross functional teams to reduce process bottlenecks, resolve inefficiencies, and drive overall data quality and system enhancement • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards tailored to meet the needs of business teams • Manage daily support requests while meeting SLA requirements • Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and performance Location: In this hybrid role, you will be required to work onsite from our Minneapolis office two days per week (Thursdays required) Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience AND 2 years of relevant work experience • Relevant work experience is defined as 2+ years of experience in the key areas of data management, reporting or systems administration • Clear and confident communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written) • Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous tasks, and manage upward and across teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and import/export tools (i.e. DemandTools, DataLoader, etc.) • Understanding of data governance processes/frameworks What We Offer: At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. The annual salary range for this role is: $69,000 - $103,400. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
