Our client is InSearch for an AR Accountant to add to their continuously growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing a high volume of billing for several locations in multiple states. Responsibilities and Duties • Manage and oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation. • Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies in a manufacturing environment. • Collaborate with production and sales teams to verify billing data and contract compliance. • Maintain accurate financial records and reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and receivables. • Prepare weekly sales report and Concur reports • Assist with sales tax filings and perform income reconciliations • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Qualifications and Skills • Minimum of 3 years of billing experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. • Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Concur and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and billing processes. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Apply Please submit your resume to jm@insearchrecruiting.com.
