Role Summary We re seeking a Network & Systems Administrator to support and manage a hybrid Microsoft and Cisco environment. This role is based at the Beaumont, TX corporate site and is part of an 8-person team (4 in Dallas, 4 in Beaumont). This individual will be involved in day-to-day infrastructure operations, as well as upcoming cloud and ERP migrations. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain Azure AD and Microsoft 365 hybrid infrastructure • Support and monitor network systems, primarily Cisco-based (SD-WAN, routing/switching) • Manage Microsoft security tools: Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Intune • Participate in cloud migration projects, including Microsoft Dynamics ERP (on-prem to cloud) • Support disaster recovery using Veeam, monitoring via Zabbix, and software deployment via Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based servers and desktops • Collaborate with Dallas-based teammates for cross-location project and system support • Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule Requirements • 3+ years of experience in network and systems administration • Strong working knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and hybrid identity management • Hands-on experience with Cisco network infrastructure, preferably SD-WAN • Proficiency in Microsoft Defender ATP, Intune, Conditional Access, and SCCM • Experience supporting Windows OS environments, including server infrastructure • Familiarity with disaster recovery and backup tools (Veeam preferred) • Experience with Zabbix or similar monitoring platforms • Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Beaumont, TX • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule Nice to Have • Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) or formal training • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, especially cloud migrations • Prior work in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality IT environment Compensation & Growth • Strong internal support and clear career progression opportunities • Opportunity to be introduced to larger-scale IT projects • Performance-based advancement with both team and individual reviews
