Proampac is seeking a Senior Director of Business Operations and Analytics to lead analytics and strategy initiatives in Cincinnati, Ohio. This executive role involves partnering with leadership to drive operational strategies and oversee business operations analytics.
Executive Partnership • Act as the essential analytics and strategy partner to the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing Services, while providing vital analytical support to division presidents and global shared services. • Monitor, assess, and disseminate progress related to the 5-year operational strategy, delivering updates and insights that support informed decision-making. Analytics Leadership • Lead the global Business Operations Analytics team, ensuring the production of precise dashboards, scorecards, and reports tailored for executives. • Steer monthly business reviews and Board-level content with clarity, consistency, and strategic insights. • Conduct executive-level S&OP analysis encompassing capacity planning and internalization savings opportunities. Pricing Oversight • Direct the Global Pricing function, contributing to pricing strategy formation, model development, and providing support to sales and operations. • Ensure robust cost-to-serve analyses and pricing governance across various business lines. Capital Planning • Oversee capital investment planning across all operations, developing frameworks for project ROI assessments, prioritization, and tracking post-investment performance. • Maintain reporting that grants enterprise-wide visibility into capital status, expenditures, ROI realization, and internal asset capabilities. • Create and implement long-term capital planning strategies in collaboration with division presidents and global shared services. Qualifications, Education, and Experience: • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred. • 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, FP&A, or corporate development. • Demonstrated success in supporting C-suite leaders and shared services within a global manufacturing or industrial environment. • Proven experience in managing analytical teams and collaborating with cross-functional business partners. • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. • Familiarity with Power BI or other enterprise reporting platforms is advantageous. • Maintain confidentiality and protect privacy regarding sensitive information. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a talent for balancing multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines. • Able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with executive leadership, staff, and both internal and external clients. • Proactive with sound judgment; capable of identifying problems and developing impactful solutions. • Self-confident, motivated, and polished professional thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
