Executive Partnership • Act as the key analytics and strategy partner to the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing Services, delivering analytical support to division presidents and global shared services. • Measure, track, and communicate progress against our 5-year operational strategy while sharing insights that enhance decision-making. Analytics Leadership • Lead the global Business Operations Analytics team, ensuring the delivery of precise dashboards, scorecards, and engaging executive-ready reports. • Guide monthly business reviews and content for Board meetings with clarity, consistency, and strategic insight. • Facilitate executive-level S&OP analysis, including capacity planning and internal savings opportunities. Pricing Oversight • Direct the Global Pricing function, supporting pricing strategy development, models, and services for sales and operations. • Ensure robust cost analysis and pricing governance across all business lines. Capital Planning • Lead capital investment planning efforts across operations, developing frameworks for assessing project ROI, prioritization, and tracking post-investment outcomes. • Maintain oversight reporting on capital status, expenditures, ROI realization, and internal asset capabilities to provide enterprise visibility. • Create and implement long-term capital planning strategies in collaboration with division presidents and global shared services. Qualifications, Education, and Experience: • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred. • 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, FP&A, or corporate development. • Demonstrated success in supporting C-suite leaders and shared services in a global manufacturing or industrial environment. • Experience managing analytical teams and engaging cross-functional business partners. • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. • Familiarity with Power BI or other enterprise reporting platforms is a plus. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage multiple projects and establish priorities to meet deadlines. • Effective communication abilities (verbal, written, and presentation) with executive leadership, staff, and both internal and external clients. • A proactive approach that exercises sound judgment and decision-making; capable of identifying problems and devising solutions. • A self-confident, motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
