Job Overview The Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM, sales, accounting, and travel trainer team, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently. This role involves client interaction, record maintenance, preparation of reports and documents, as well as coordination with other departments to guarantee smooth operations. Key Responsibilities • Support the GM, accounting, sales, and trainer teams with various administrative tasks. • Prepare documents, quotes, job orders, job pricing forms, and reports in collaboration with the GM and clients. • Print and distribute program materials, including participant documents and photo ID cards, while ensuring payment tracking accuracy. • Process invoices and confirm proper documentation for sales completion. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within the CRM system. • Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and contracts directly with clients. • Coordinate with finance, operations, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. • Respond to sales calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries promptly. • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies as directed by leadership. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business administration, marketing, or related fields preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
