Reporting to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations, this role is responsible for gathering business requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring smooth adoption and performance of our GTM tools. While Microsoft Dynamics 365 is owned by our Product team, the GTM Systems Manager will lead the intake and prioritization of GTM team requirements, partnering closely with Product to plan and implement enhancements. Additionally, this role will directly own and administer sales enablement tools like Gong and Sales Navigator, as well as collaborate with Marketing to maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows and system integrations. This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Conshohocken, PA location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position. Key Responsibilities System Strategy & GTM Support Serve as the primary liaison between GTM teams and Product for Microsoft Dynamics 365 enhancements; gather business requirements and drive prioritization of CRM-related needs. Administer light Dynamics 365 tasks including new user setup and role management. Own and manage GTM-focused platforms such as Gong, Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools. Act as the point of contact for GTM system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the Demand Generation team to support HubSpot workflows, campaign operations, and integrations with Dynamics and other tools. Work with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that reduce friction and enhance team productivity. Develop training materials and documentation to ensure GTM teams are equipped to use systems effectively. Project & Integration Management Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and partner with Product, Engineering, and IT teams to deliver enhancements or integrations. Maintain data consistency and integrity across platforms through thoughtful integration and governance practices. Track, manage and communicate roadmap priorities for GTM tooling and drive alignment across stakeholders. Create and manage documentation of GTM workflows and SOPs, in collaboration with Sales Enablement and Sales Process teams. Reporting & Optimization Collaborate with analytics teams to develop reporting dashboards in Power BI or related tools. Monitor system usage and adoption metrics; identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements. Stay informed about system releases and industry best practices to help inform strategic decisions. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM systems, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365; prior experience gathering requirements and collaborating on CRM enhancements is essential. Hands-on experience with tools such as Gong, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Apps is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in driving system adoption, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable acting as a bridge between technical and business teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $107,640.00to $135,250.00 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of proven experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
