Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop comprehensive solution plans and technical blueprints. • Gain deep insights into client contexts to maximize presales value for them and Avanade. • Work alongside internal teams to create business solutions tailored for D365 CE. • Utilize storytelling techniques to effectively communicate solution visions to clients and team members. • Apply your expertise in specific offerings or industries to enhance solution strategies. • Conduct client workshops and requirements discovery sessions to gather insights. • Assess client business needs and align them with Avanade's differentiators. • Evaluate solution fit against client requirements for optimal responses. • Collaborate with other Avanade practices to define the best solutions for our clients. • Create and deliver innovative demonstrations of Avanade offerings, including D365 for Customer Engagement and related software, featuring relevant ISV solutions. • Support the development of business value assessments and business cases. • Deliver high-quality presentations and written materials. Qualifications: • Proven expertise in D365 CE Functional Architecture. • Strong skills in Customer Value Proposition Development. • Exceptional Stakeholder Management and Negotiation skills. • Demonstrated consulting and client engagement abilities. • Strategic thinker with thought leadership capabilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Adept at conveying complex solution/technical information clearly to diverse audiences. • Proficient in active listening to understand client pain points and desired solutions. • Ability to deliver engaging, persuasive presentations that employ effective storytelling. • Background in technical delivery with a strong grasp of methodologies. • Expertise in analyzing client business processes to identify functional and non-functional requirements. • Skilled in transferring functional requirements to development and testing team members. • Solid understanding of D365 CE solutions and related Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
