Job description
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, BI/analytics, and cloud migrations
• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of data governance and cataloging using Purview
• Hands-on experience with data quality, deduplication, and handling sensitive data (PII/PHI)
• Proven ability to migrate and modernize pipelines from CloverDX or legacy ETL tools
• Experience with Qlik/QVD-based workflows and migration strategies
• Working knowledge of Azure AI services: AI Search, Cognitive Services, Intelligent Document Processing
• Familiarity with Gen AI project patterns and AI Foundry usage
• Proficiency with ADLS Gen2 for secure data storage and processing
• Skilled in Python for automation and transformations
• Leadership in platform engineering, architecture best practices, and team enablement
• Experience in healthcare analytics, specifically with Epic Cogito, is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business teams
