Description EOA Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. This group in Texas is considered the Linux Center of Excellence & Automation to provide secure STE/STN Linux hardened images to the Agency to include the following platforms: C2E, MachineShop, eVo, CMI6. Requirements To be considered for this position you must have the following: • Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance • IAT II certification (DoD 8140 required within 60 days of starting employment. Acceptable certifications include CCNA-Security/CySA+/GICSP/GSEC/Security+ CE/CND/ or SSCP) • Shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. • Experience with Linux, Red Hat Linux, and any flavor of Linux such as: Rocky, Amazon • Experience as a Linux System Administrator with a strong knowledge of Red Hat (Rhel) 8 & 9 • Must possess strong knowledge of a wide range of cloud services and solutions, such as AWS. • Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Red Hat Satellite and Red Hat Image Builder. Preferred Qualifications: • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Certificate. • Experience with installing, configuring and maintaining Rocky Linux or Red Hat 10, Amazon Linux 2023 • Microsoft Azure products, VMWare (VSphere), OpenStack • Experience/Knowledge of Virtual Desktop deployment and configurationautomation. • Knowledge in writing, configuring, and deploying Ansible Playbooks. • Strong knowledge in writing and implementing other scripting languages like Python and Bash Scripting. • Expertise in managing and arranging JIRA projects, backlogs, sprints. • Expertise using Git commands (GitLab/GitHub) to manage/push/pull projects and implement file version controls.
