Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an innovative Director of Applications to design, develop, and enhance technology models that drive our applications, data management, and infrastructure in alignment with core business processes. This role is crucial for applying key principles such as stability, scalability, performance, security, and compatibility, ensuring effective technology solutions that bridge tactical and strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business challenges comprehensively—encompassing people, processes, and technology—and advocating for industry standards and enterprise technology practices. You will also stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our corporation. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities In this role, you will: • Establish and track key performance metrics, devising strategies to meet corporate objectives. • Serve as a mentor and leader to the Application Design, Development, and Support teams. • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Health Performance Assessment System. • Take a proactive role in advancing Molina's application development practices. • Work in partnership with business stakeholders and EPMO to manage project priorities and expectations. Job Qualifications Required Education A Graduate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience 7-9 years of experience in Application Design, Development, and Management within the Healthcare Industry. Preferred Experience 10+ years in the Healthcare Industry, including: • Expertise in AI Data Integration. • Experience with Member, Enrollment, and Claims applications that support vital functions such as HEDIS reporting, Risk Adjustment (RA), and Health Plan Reporting. • Proficiency in Azure Databricks. • Strong background in Python. • Familiarity with Spark. • Experience with QNXT. Preferred License, Certification, Association Microsoft Technology, Mobility, ITIL.
