**Position Overview** The Senior System Administrator leads the design, implementation, and optimization of hybrid infrastructure solutions across Windows Server, Azure, VMware, and enterprise storage platforms. This role ensures high availability, security, and scalability of systems while mentoring junior staff and driving automation and modernization initiatives. • *A Day In The Life** + Design and implement hybrid infrastructure solutions using Azure IaaS/PaaS and on-prem vSphere + Manage Azure services (VMs, networking, storage accounts, Azure AD, backup, monitoring) + Oversee VMware infrastructure (vCenter, ESXi hosts, HA/DRS clusters, vSAN) + Administer enterprise storage platforms + Automate system tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform + Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and performance tuning + Collaborate with security and networking teams to enforce compliance and governance + Participation in an on-call rotation is required, and as-needed based on project/support requirements. + Mentor junior administrators and contribute to infrastructure roadmaps • *You'll Come With** + 5 years of experience in systems administration + Preferred retail industry experience + Strong understanding & operational knowledge of SaaS and on-premise infrastructure technologies listed in job description + Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell, APIs) + Experience with project management + Experience with system integrations and data flows + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field \#LI-TG1 • *Come join our team.
