Business Systems Analyst – Work Case Management (WCM) – Pega or Equivalent tools Las Vegas, NV Skills And Responsibilities: • Bachelor's degree in Business Ad • ministration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and system design. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data modeling). • Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • work case management experience is must.
