Job Summary: Addison Group is an oil and gas company based in Oklahoma City, seeking a reliable IT Administrator to manage day-to-day technology operations. This role involves providing technical support, managing user requests, and maintaining system security while ensuring excellent customer service in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for end users, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in a Windows 10/11 environment. • Manage and respond to user requests through the internal IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Ability to support Active Directory user and group management, including account creation, password resets, and access permissions. • Apply and maintain Group Policy settings to enforce consistent system configurations and security standards. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment and support conference room technology. • Maintain system security through regular updates, patches, and endpoint protection practices. • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring proper setup and decommissioning of user accounts and devices. • Monitor and support network connectivity, printing services, and shared resources. • Keep accurate records of hardware, software, and IT processes through documentation and asset tracking. Preferred: • 2+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration. • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, basic networking, and endpoint security. • Experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, and ticketing platforms. • Solid troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a user-first approach. • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. • Oil and gas industry experience or prior work supporting field operations is a plus. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to field sites occasionally. • A+, Sec+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred.
