Sr .NET Full Stack Developer - St. Paul, MN - Hybrid, local preferred Iceberg's direct St. Paul, MN Client seeks a Sr .NET Full Stack Developer. Work is expected to be completed in a hybrid schedule with weekly onsite required, local resource is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure services, the .NET framework, automated unit testing, and modern architectural patterns. This is a hands-on role requiring strong collaboration with both technical and business teams to understand complex business challenges and deliver reliable, effective software solutions. Must have 8+ years of experience in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure applications. This position will write production code that supports various rider information tools, including: • Online trip planning, realtime vehicle tracking and departure times, route maps, schedules, and service alerts • Content for digital real-time signs • Audio content to ensure information is accessible • Internal tools used by staff to maintain information at stops and stations (e.g., producing printed schedule display signs, tools to track field maintenance work) • Internal tools used by staff to answer customer questions directly via phone, web chat, and SMS Requirements The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure services, the .NET framework, automated unit testing, and modern architectural patterns. Specifications Descriptions of Specifications MINIMUM SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have to be accepted for consideration for this position. Level of Education · B.S. or B.A. Degree in Information Technology, or a related field Years of experience in Position Title • 8+ years of experience in application development Optional Certification(s) · Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate). Software development with .NET • 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks • 5+ years’ experience in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular, React, or Blazor). Azure and Cloud Native services • 3+ years’ experience in Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Event Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps. Database design and development • 5+ years’ experience with writing SQL for CRUD. • 5+ years’ experience using Object-relational Models to interact with databases. DevOps • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes including unit tests with xUnit/NUnit. Agile • Use Agile tools like Azure DevOps to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Monitoring and Telemetry • Implementation knowledge of Azure APM (Application Performance Monitoring). Work Environment • Hybrid and teleworking/office setting work environment. API design and Microservices · Hands-on experience with API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. Microsoft Power Platform • Develop and integrate Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
