Apply Today If Your Background Includes: • More than 8 years of professional software development experience with advanced proficiency in .NET (C#) and strong grounding in object-oriented design principles • 2+ years of proven experience leading and mentoring development teams, providing technical direction, coaching, and performance management • Hands-on expertise in designing, building, and deploying cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure • Recent, practical experience developing with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, release management, and cross-functional collaboration with PMO or product teams • Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or comparable tools • Working knowledge of secure coding standards and authentication protocols, including OAuth2 and Azure Active Directory
