About the position Responsibilities • Manage, maintain, and support Azure cloud infrastructures including Windows and Linux servers, databases, Azure File shares, Storage accounts, Azure Backup, Azure Application Gateway, Load Balancers and Azure Site recovery. • Ensure stability, security, and performance of Azure Resources. • Oversee migration process and assess IT infrastructure for cloud migration. • Configure hybrid connectivity between on-site systems and the cloud. • Identify and resolve problems related to Active Directory and Group Policy. • Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT staff regarding Group Policy management. • Regularly monitor system performance and ensure high availability of the server environment. • Utilize cloud-based technology platforms and cost optimization. Requirements • One year as an Information Technology Generalist 2, Applications Developer 2, Database Analyst, Information Security Specialist 1, or Network Specialist 2; or • Five years of information technology experience that includes two years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services; or • Three years of information technology experience that includes two years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or • One year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services, and a bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or • An equivalent combination of experience and training. • Two or more years of full-time professional experience migrating, maintaining, and ensuring security of VMware infrastructures in Azure. • Must meet the PA residency requirement. • Must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
