D365 Developer Analyst Position Overview We are seeking a skilled D365 Developer Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. The D365 Developer Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions. • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to enhance functionality and user experience. • Develop and implement integrations between D365 and other systems as needed. • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through technology solutions. • Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and integrations. • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of D365 solutions. • Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. Qualifications • 3+yrs experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration. • Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly related to business analysis. • Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization, preferably PowerBI. • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience with Azure. • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in system integration projects. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on user interface design. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
