Global Service Resources is looking for a contractor in Los Angeles. Job Title: Senior Programmer 797 Location: Downey, CA 90242 Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST (Standard) Assignment type: Temporary (12 months w/ high chance of extension or hire) Payrate: $45-$50/hour Job Description: • Leads complex IT applications design, development, testing, implementation, and support. • May plan, configure, and manage systems environments to meet organizational needs. • Analyzes requirements, designs architecture, writes/debugs code, and ensures software quality and security compliance. • Integrates hardware/software components, maintains documentation, and evaluates new technologies. • For operating systems, analyzes business needs, installs/configures environments, monitors performance, and ensures system security. Qualifications: • 7+ years in systems study, design, and programming; 4+ years in a lead role. • Bachelor’s in IT or Engineering (or equivalent experience). • Strong knowledge in application/software development, database management, systems integration, and optimization. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Must pass DCFS Live Scan; valid driver’s license and vehicle required. Preferred Skills: • Full-stack .NET development experience in Agile environment with CI/CD tools. • API integration (cXML, Punchout, workflow automation). • Secure coding (OAuth 2.0, RBAC, input validation). • SQL Server performance tuning and stored procedures. • Collaboration using Azure DevOps or Git-based tools. Technical Experience: (Minimum 1 year) • Supply chain management and procurement workflows. • Marketplace integration using Punchout, API, and cXML automation. (Minimum 4 years) • Full-stack development with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and Visual Studio. • Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL DB, T-SQL, and ETL processes. • Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Razor, React/Bootstrap. • RESTful API design with JSON and Swagger/OpenAPI. • Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines. • Secure coding and authentication via Azure AD. • Azure App Services and cloud deployment experience. • **LOS ANGELES COUNTY HAS A VERY RIGOROUS INTERVIEW/HIRING/ON-BOARDING PROCESS DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE POSITION.
