GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Wilen is driven by industry-leading agency services and cutting-edge direct mail production. We provide strategic direct marketing solutions for national brands, leveraging innovative variable data technology, to turn concepts into finished digital and physical products, all in one seamless process. We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedAzure Administratorwith a strong background innetworking, server management, and hardware infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid cloud environment, has deep familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and connectivity, and possesses hands-on experience managing enterprise-level network and server infrastructure. RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): • Implement and manage Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) to meet operational and security requirements • Monitor cloud usage, optimize costs, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery configurations • Automate cloud deployments using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform Server & Hardware Management • Maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows Server and/or Linux) • Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and replacements for on-premise systems • Ensure uptime and performance of data center equipment and rack-mounted systems Networking & Security • Manage firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and network segmentation in hybrid environments • Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols • Monitor network traffic for bottlenecks, anomalies, or security incidents • Support implementation of secure remote access and Zero Trust networking Systems Monitoring & Performance • Use monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, PRTG, Zabbix, or similar) to proactively identify issues • Perform capacity planning and performance tuning across systems • Maintain accurate system documentation and inventory Backup, Recovery & Patch Management • Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans • Ensure timely patching of servers and compliance with IT security standards Qualifications: Required Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud administration • 7+ years of experience in server administration (Windows and/or Linux) • 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking and hardware support • Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Azure networking (VNETs, NSGs, Express Route/VPN), and hybrid identity solutions • Experience with infrastructure as code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep, etc.) • Understanding of ITIL processes and change management Preferred Certifications • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) Key Attributes • Proactive problem solver with attention to detail • Strong communication and documentation skills • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment We’d love to hear your story and learn how your talents and experiences will enhance our team.
