Position Summary: The Finance Systems Administrator will manage and lead technical projects from start to finish, applying expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and the Microsoft Power Platform. This includes overseeing platform upgrades, maintaining compliance with SDLC standards, and driving process improvements. You will provide critical guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities: • Technical Leadership: Direct technical delivery of D365 F&O and Microsoft Power Platform projects; manage deployment pipelines from sandbox to production. • Project Participation: Contribute to discovery, requirements gathering, testing, training, and go-live activities; act as a solution advisor throughout design, development, and deployment. • System & Process Expertise: Maintain and enhance D365 F&O, apply platform updates, and recommend improvements in finance processes. • Collaboration & Communication: Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and executives while working across functions. • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure SDLC standards are met; support continuous improvement of processes and methodologies while staying current with Microsoft platform updates. • Documentation & Design: Develop detailed functional design specifications. • Additional Duties: Support departmental and organizational objectives through other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or related field, OR equivalent education/experience combination. • At least 5 years of experience as a D365 F&O Engineer/Admin. • Strong technical knowledge of D365 F&O modules. • X++ development experience. • Demonstrated success in optimizing processes and shortening month-end close cycles. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to resolve issues quickly while driving continuous improvement. • Strong ERP troubleshooting skills with experience handling complex issues. • Familiarity with D365 integration points with other finance systems/tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Preferred: Experience with Treasury Management or other financial integrations, familiarity with ticketing systems, and ability to manage vendor relationships.
